What Is Covered

Shengsite LED Grow Lights products are warrantied for a period of 12 Months from the original date of purchase.Within Warranty period, we will either repair or replace any defective product. Within 30 days,we will afford all costs associated with the repair or replacement, and return of the defective product.If you are unhappy with your order we can help you with a free return within 30 days of receiving the item. But you need provide the items original packaging to make a return, so please keep it!After 30 days, the customer will assume the shipping fees of the defective product shipping back to us.

What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping, lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature.This warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by Shengsite to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.

When the buyer need after sales service, need provide proof of purchase.The Shengsite representative will either attempt to assist in troubleshooting, request photos showing defect, or issue a Return Authorization Number and provide more detailed return instructions.Upon receipt and review of the defective product,we will repair or replace, and return within 7 business days.We have repair center in USA, UK.
